St Andrews is a university town steeped in history but with all the amenities of a larger town having a cinema, swimming pool, the Byre Theatre, and several museums.
Both flats sleep 4 people and have secure entrances. There is free on street parking nearby and several restaurants in the vicinity.
Duvets and pillows are supplied along with bed linen. Towels are not included.

Flat 3, 205A South Street - £440 per week (July and August)
This first floor apartment is within in a thick-walled 300-year-old renovated malt barn.
It has a lounge/diner with television, three large bedrooms, two containing a single bed and one with twin beds plus an ensuite with a shower. The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, electric oven and hob, and a microwave oven. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment.

Some Background
These flats are not luxury apartments, but they are clean and tidy. They are primarily equipped for students for 10 months of the year. They are fitted to comply with HMO licences and therefore have wired-in fire alarms.
Booking Conditions
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid in full, six weeks before the start of hire. Entry time is 4 pm and departure 10 am on Saturdays. Breakages are payable in full. Use of the property is at the hirer’s own risk and no liability shall fall on the proprietor for injury to the occupants or for loss of personal property belonging to the occupants.
We would be most grateful if you would leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.
